Yes! And glass can be a bit unpredictable to work with so no two pieces are exactly the same. You can guarantee your item will be unique.

While every care is taken to pack each order carefully, accidents happen. If an item arrives broken, please send us a quick photo of it and the packaging it came in. We will either replace or refund your order but seeing the breakage and how the packaging looks helps us understand what happened and hopefully avoid the same problem in the future.

Yes, if there's something particular you'd like then just get in touch. It may take a few extra days to make your bespoke piece but we're happy to help.

At the moment we only sell through this site, Etsy and face to face at craft fairs (see the events page on the homescreen for dates). If you have a shop and you think our products would fit in, please get in touch to discuss trade rates.
